Temperature and Humidity Calibration
Temperature plays significant role in product realization for Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, oil and gas and logistics industry. Small variation in temperature can affect the product quality and may influence safety.
MH Tech Centre calibration laboratory uses reference Platinum Resistance Thermometers, Digital Thermometers and heat sources such as Dry Blocks and liquid baths for the calibration of RTD’s, Thermocouples, Temperature Block Calibrators, Temperature Gauges, Transmitters. For the calibration of Temperature Enclosures, reference PRT’s, Thermocouple Sensors and Data Loggers are used to perform mapping and in-situ. Digital Thermometer and Digital Multimeter are used for the calibration of Temperature Indicators and Simulators. The calibrations are performed by comparison method and in terms of ITS-90 (International Temperature Scale 1990).
A humidity sensor (or hygrometer) senses, measures and reports both moisture and air temperature. The ratio of moisture in the air to the highest amount of moisture at a particular air temperature is called relative humidity.
The sensors that measure humidity need to be calibrated on regular basis to ensure they continue to operate within their specifications. Humidity sensor calibration is typically done using an instrument called as environmental chamber.
MH Tech Centre’s calibration laboratory uses a Temperate and Humidity Chamber as the controlled environment and chilled Mirror Hygrometer as the reference. All the calibrations are performed by comparison method and in terms of ITS-90 (International Temperature Scale 1990)

MH Tech Centre provides full Temperature Calibration services that are accredited to ISO/IEC 17025. Temperature Calibration services can be delivered at your site or at our lab. Accreditations for our temperature calibration service guarantees calibration results are traceable to the International Systems of units (SI) through NIST. MH Tech Centre calibrates all the major brands as well as the smaller brands and everything in between. MH Tech Centre provides measurements between –40 to 1200°C through direct comparison to PRTs and accurate temperature displays in liquid and dry baths. Calibrations are performed at the manufacturer’s specified points, ITS-90 points, or your own specified points based on your company’s specific requirements.

MH Tech Centre provides full Humidity Calibration services that are accredited to ISO/IEC 17025. Humidity Calibration services can be delivered at your site or at our lab. MH Tech Centre provides measurements between with any combination from 5°C to 85°C & 10% to 95% RH. Accreditations for our humidity calibration service guarantee calibration results are traceable to the International Systems of units (SI) through NIST.
